The quickest and most efficient way to place an order is through the DATAQ Online Store. To learn how to place your online order using a Purchase Order Number, follow the directions below.
Note: We do NOT accept purchase orders for products from our Starter Kit series (DI-194RS, DI-154RS, DI-148U, DI-158U/UP, ID-195B). If your order is for a Starter Kit only, you must pay with a credit card or with PayPal. If you have any questions, feel free to email Customer Support.
The benefits to using the online order system are:
Create an account with a Login and Password that you can use every time you purchase something in the store. Your account will remember your Shipping and Billing address each time you log in, but credit card data is not stored. Click here to Create a New Account. If you already have an account in the DATAQ Store, you can skip to step 2.
Please click here to send us an email. Include your Account Login and Company name. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to review your account. You will receive an email confirmation when your account is approved.
IF YOU HAVE PLACED A PURCHASE ORDER WITH DATAQ IN THE PAST THIS STEP IS NOT NECESSARY. If this is your first time ordering from DATAQ, we need three credit references before you can be approved to place a Purchase Order. Please send and email to Customer Support or send a fax to us at 330-666-5434 with a list of your three credit references and their FAX numbers. We will fax them a reference form for you. The dollar amount of the purchase from your reference must be comparable to the dollar amount you plan to spend on your first purchase with DATAQ.
Once you receive a confirmation email that your account has been approved, you can begin placing orders. After you are logged in, you will see an option for Purchase Order Payment during the checkout process. If you have any questions, feel free to email Customer Support.
