Due to the volume of responses to our starter kits (DI-194RS/DI-154RS/DI-148/DI-158) and DI-710 USB units we have optimized our online ordering process. The advantages to you are:
When you order your starter kit or DI-710 USB unit online before 3 PM Eastern Time Monday-Friday it is fast-tracked to ship that same day (unless indicated otherwise on our website). Orders placed any other way work outside this efficient system and risk delay. Same day delivery is for shipping within the United States only and does not apply to orders that include DI-5B or DI-8B modules. Fast delivery times only apply when you place your order in the DATAQ Online Store. Please note that the same day shipping is an estimate NOT a guarantee.
Business shipping days are Monday-Friday. If you order on Friday after 3 PM or over the weekend your starter kit will ship on Monday. We do NOT have UPS Saturday Delivery shipping. If you need your package delivered on a Saturday please call DATAQ at 330-668-1444. Products will NOT be shipped during DATAQ Observed Holidays.
A UPS tracking number and customer invoice is provided via email for all orders placed online. Click anytime, day or night, to track the progress of your order from our doorstep to yours.

Products that qualify for Same Day Shipping when ordered before 3 PM: DI-194RS, DI-154RS, DI-148U, DI-158U/UP, DI-710-UH/UHS/UL/ULS. Please confirm that your product is currently available for same day shipment by checking for the "Same Day Shipping" link underneath the part number.
DI-5B and DI-8B Modules:* 1 - 2 weeks.
Estimated ship time for all other products:* 1 - 5 days. If you need your order rushed, please call DATAQ at 330-668-1444 or make a note in the Special Order Instructions when ordering online.
